Funnily this all started with a hat. I wanted the Skull cameo hat from the current Arcade event. So with the hat and the new hair, and horns just playing around with the look it made me think of the White Wolf Games World of Darkness and Vampire the Masquerade. So decided to do a snap of a Malkavian as she dances through the foggy streets to music she can only hear.
