ok I lied...this is the last of the pinks....I think lol...until I change my mind ;-)

Majority of work done in windlight with a little blurring/cloning/dodge/blur post prod on some of the hard edges and highlights and shadow

wow! I can say this is my favourite version:) there is only one thing that is not quite right with it...the hair is not hanging straight down as it should be:/ perhaps the next time? *giggles:)

mmm yes...get your point. I need to learn Tur's techniques lol....I really don't know how to do it, I'm just not that skilled yet. I softened the edges and also pulled some pieces down but yes...your point did occur to me at the time. Thx ;-))).

well I would copy the hair on the left side to a new layer, then rotate it such that it is straight down and paste it back into the original image:) the difficult part is to remove the original hair from the image of course...but this is why multiple shots using the same angle can be so useful as I would simply take one shot with the hair and one without it *smiles:)

yes babe....but I don't know how to use layers yet hahahaha. When I figure them out...I'll do it....thank you for the tip tho...really useful...now...just have to figure this damn thing out....pffff xxxx

gorgeous shot Trixibelle! and layers really are so easy! but I have to say that your work is great considering you don't use them!

for the hair you could always just take the lasso tool do a free hand selection on the hair layer then press ctrl J - this will paste it to another layer. Then you can rotate and manipulate it to where you want. Then merge the two layers. Then you just need to erase/smudge/blend to make it look like it is meant to be there :) Hope this makes sense!

It does make sense BB thank you, and I spent yesterday having a go at using layers....I need photoshop for thickos lol ;-) Because I have only just got my PS suite most of my work to date involves very little post prod work. Mainly blurring and definition type stuff. Anything else I have tended to get from windlight. Now its time to start playing I think hahaha xxx
