How did I do it, well I wanted to do it in-world
so the backdrop was pasted onto a wall backdrop.
The light effect is a seeded spark from a welding torch photo

Then I positioned myself under the point
and used CTRL+8 to go wide in the SL client
(CTRL+ zooms in and CTRL +  resets the zoom)

I used the on'borad keys to rotate the image, you can do it with the mouse too
CTRL+ALT and left-clccik and drag the mouse, faster, but not so fine

The image was a *.png at 5mb
but doensized to a smaller *.jpg for posting and no re-working
