Photoshop Content Aware Scaling. - dble click background in Layers, accept the name -now its a layer, Huzzah! - Use Crop tool, draw around the whole image - select the right side border, little stretch box in the middle and pull to the right (opposite of crop) - Press enter to accept - Now you have an image with a larger horizontal frame, the right hand side is transparent (crosshatched to show it) - From EDIT select CONTENT AWARE SCALING - Pull the right side of the image in little stages (to avoid distortion) until it fills the transparent section too. - Press enter to accept Admire!

Oh ooooh ohhhhhhhh I used a plug-in to make the border its also FREE 'AAA borders'
